As part of our continued effort to provide back to our membership, your Executive Board is working on planning our Summer Event. This is where we are coming to you. We need to survey our membership if they will be willing to attend and how many guests they would bring.

We are inquiring to schedule our Summer Event at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Santa Clarita on July 25th, 2025.

This is where we need your input. Your Executive Board is working on a proposal for you, the membership, with a budget and plan to make this our next Summer Event. There are 3 packages we can choose from that very the price based on our food choices. There is additionally add-ons we can add at additional cost should the membership wish to partake.

As you can see above, depending on the interest from you, the Membership, cost can go out of control quickly and that is before you factor in add-ons. If the local pays the full cost of the tickets…

100 Attendees - $7723 to $8382
200 Attendees - $15,446 to $16,764
300 Attendees - $23,169 to $25,146

Another option to allow would be for our membership to purchase tickets at a reduced rate and the Local with subsidize the cost. An example, you can purchase a ticket for $40 a ticket.

300 Attendees - $11,169 to $13,146

We have a population of our membership at over 1200 members in our Local. We have several other ideas to keep us in a reasonable budget, but what we need is your input, so please fill out the survey below so your Executive Board can draft a plan with a budget, to bring to the membership.

We need everyone’s input so we don’t leave any of our members unaware.
